Is it really free?
Access to the CMS (Content Management System) is entirely free. This means that by signing up for a no-obligation 30-day trial you will have immediate access to all the tools you need to start building your website straightaway. If you are not happy with the end result, just cancel your free trial at any time, no questions asked!
If you are happy, once you are ready to go live all you need to pay for is hosting. There are no set up fees, no maintenance fees and no minimum term contracts.
Can I transfer my old website to your system?
Yes you can! If you're on a tight budget, you can do it yourself using our wizard and building your new website from scratch. Simply open an account to start your free trial, then start setting up your new website creating pages and copying the content from your current website and pasting it into the new one.
Once you are happy with your new website, we just need to change your domain name servers so that they point to your new website instead of the old one - if you don't know how to do this, we are happy to help.
If you would like us to do the work for you, please contact us for a quote, as the price will very much depend on the size of your original website.
How much does hosting cost and what does it include?
We have various plans to fit every budget and website size - take a look at our Hosting Fees page for more information on prices.
Every hosting plan includes a free Content Management System with all the tools you need to build and maintain your own website.
Some advanced features like shopping carts, bulk email service and forums are only available to Standard Plan customers and above.
Other things included in every plan:
- Dozens of free templates to choose from, or you can use a positional template and create your own;
- File and photo management;
- Forms - use a ready made one or create your own (enquiry, registration, etc);
- Photo galleries, News pages, Blogs;
- Password-protected pages;
- Email POP accounts. There is a limited number of accounts per website (see individual hosting plans for details), but there is no limit on email aliases or forwarding addresses.
- Web statistics (AWSTATS), updated daily. Our system is also compatible with Google Analytics;

Do you offer training on how to use the system?
Our system has been designed to make it as intuitive as possible, but if you need extra help, you can always access our extensive Tutorials for free. If you would like one on one training, we would be happy to help, but we would need to charge for our time.
Limited support and advice is free, but we do have a fair use expectation of approximately 20 minutes maximum support per month per website.
Can you help me set up the website, or do all the work for me?
Absolutely! Send us an email with your needs so we can give you a no obligation quote. For odd jobs, our hourly rate is €50 (euro). Please note that VAT at 20% might be chargeable on top, depending on where you are based and whether you are a registered business or not.
